Try and start with a cup of green tea and a healthy breakfast and leave your first coffee for later in the morning. This way your body can fire up on real fuel and not on fake fuel.
- Sugar and salt. These are nothing but bad habits and something that you can easily cut out of your diet. Start with salt and slowly stop putting sugar in your tea and coffee. This goes for artificial sweeteners as well since it is just as bad for you.
- That extra drink. I like a glass of wine as much as everybody else, but the problem lies in overindulging. Excess drinking can be very detrimental to your fat loss efforts and no diet will work if you keep drinking too much. Try and limit your alcohol intake to 1 glass of wine a day and NEVER binge.
